As we’re kicking off 2025, it’s the perfect opportunity to adopt habits that make you feel good. Here are a few good habits I try to keep in my routine, that you might want to add to yours this year!

✨ Keep your space clutter-free: If my space is in chaos, my brain is in chaos. I try to put things away as soon as I’m done with them, and at the very least, I try to tidy and organize my space on the regular.

✨ Keep learning: Keeping your brain active is so important! Pick up a new hobby, read more, or even start learning a new language on Duolingo.

✨ Prioritize self-care: Whether it’s getting your steps in (even in this frigid weather!), journaling, or simply just making time for yourself, remember that you can’t pour from an empty cup.

✨ Build meaningful relationships: Maintaining relationships as an adult isn’t easy, and you really have to make an effort to stay connected. Some easy and fun ways to do this? Go to workout classes together, or pick up a fun new hobby like pickleball!

✨ Reduce screen time: We’ve all been there – you’re scrolling, and scrolling, and scrolling, and suddenly, it’s been 3 hours. Be mindful of how much time you spend scrolling, and spend more of that time doing other things you enjoy! Watch a new show on Netflix or go on a solo coffee shop date.
